Our visit to the hotel was centered around celebrating the New Year, and overall, the experience was enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. The highlight for me was the spa lounge, offering a much-needed retreat after a day on the slopes. The need for interior renovations, particularly regarding the hallway carpets and room odors, was noticeable. Despite this, the hotel's prime location and the friendly service contributed significantly to our satisfaction.
